We are currently seeking a strategic Human Resources Business Partner to join our North America HR team!  


Before you learn about the opportunity, you can review how our HR Team is structured.  Our global HR team is comprised of core teams that include approximately 35 people:


HR Operations Team:  Responsible for the design, administration and support of Total Rewards (i.e. Compensation, Payroll, and Benefits) and HRIS.

Talent Acquisition Team:  Responsible for full-cycle recruiting for North America.

Talent Management: Responsible for the design and implementation of strategies and programs to support the onboarding, training and retention of employees.

North America HRBP Team:  Responsible for strategic guidance and support to the business and employees in North America, including organizational design, change management, leadership coaching and development, and employee relations.

Israel HR Team:  Responsible for guidance and support to the business and employees in Israel. This includes recruiting, performance management, change management, leadership coaching and development, and employee relations.

ROW (Rest of World) HR Team:  Responsible for payroll, benefits, recruiting and guidance and support to the business and its international employees.  This support includes organizational design, change management, leadership coaching and development, and employee relations.


The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is a strategic role that, with the support of HR Generalists, acts as a strategic adviser and change agent to senior business leaders for one or more of our business units; this includes significant project management of HR initiatives to improve our efficiency and drive business results.  The role will be based out of our Corporate Headquarters in Ann Arbor, Michigan and reports to the Director of Human Resources.  


Qualified candidates must have…

• Bachelors’ degree or higher in related field, plus at least 4 years’ related senior-level HR experience in a high growth environment (i.e.: technology, professional services) and at least 8 years related overall HR and/or business management experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• PHR/SHRM-CP or higher certification and/or other HR-related certifications.

• Advanced HR project management skills, with the ability to independently scope, design, and manage complex, large-scale projects and initiatives.

• Strong organizational design, organizational change management, talent development, coaching, and employee relations skills.

• High degree of initiative with ability to influence and drive change from idea stage through execution.

• Solid business acumen; understanding of business strategy, drivers, and processes.

• Exceptional employee relations skills, with ability to facilitate solutions to complex challenges and provide sound counsel.

• Ability to independently design and lead presentations and trainings for in-person and online audiences.

You may not be a fit if…

• You aren’t comfortable independently addressing complex employee relations matters; performing root cause analysis, mitigating risk, and developing plans that support positive outcomes.

• You like flying solo and don’t enjoy partnering with Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, and Compensation/ Benefits/ Operations teams to develop, deliver, and evaluate processes, programs and training.

• You prefer working in a static environment or are intimidated by high-visibility interactions/presentations with senior leadership.


Other important information about this position:

• This position is based out of Ann Arbor, MI.

• Occasional travel  is.

• This position requires weekday attendance, with occasional flexibility to accommodate calls with colleagues in diverse time zones.
