Data Steward
What will I be doing?

Working with Account Data and information, you’ll ensure that each account accurately reflects groups and products that are associated with clients and prospects within our CRM. Salesforce will be your domain and data governance will be your game. This role won’t require deep analysis, but instead it will require an eye for detail and an understanding of information, helping our world-class sales team achieve a new level of excellence.

In this position, you will also..
• Assist in implementation and maintaining MDM Customer data and business processes 
• Monitor data standards related to customers, contacts and products
 o data governance
 o data convergence
 o master data definition
 o metadata acquisition
 o data standards
 o data integration/synchronization.
• Develop and analyze reports showing data compliancy or non-compliance
• Work with customer experience, sales, product management, finance and other internal departments to ensure compliance with data guidelines and compliance.
• Maintain within detailed documentation and relevant information on data guidelines

Qualified Candidates must have…

• Bachelors’ degree with at least 1-3 years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proven skills with MS Office Suite of products.
• Knowledge of or similar tool
• Excellent interpersonal skills: able to forge strong working relationships with internal and external customers.
• Ability to learn and adjust to new things very rapidly.
• Self-starting, self-motivated, team player who has the ability to work independently as well.
Superstar Candidates will ALSO have…
• Knowledge of PQ products preferred.
• Experience teaching or training others, especially in a technical context.
