What will I be doing?

Joining a team of seasoned professionals, you’ll be a Royalties Analyst at a company with one of the largest collections of content on the planet. You’ll develop important skills and leverage skills in Excel and data analysis on your way to growing your career within a market-leading company.

Those who excel in this work have great attention to detail, enjoy working with a fun and down-to-earth team, and have a (some would say unhealthy) compulsion to understand the “Why” behind the “What”. This is a fun-loving team with a great dynamic, so no grumpy gooses allowed! If you enjoy data, crunching numbers and solving the puzzle, keep reading!

In this position, you will also...

• Interpret royalty agreements, understanding the terms, conditions and calculations necessary for timely payments and customer service.

• Calculate and document reconciliations of all royalty accounts

• Assist in posting general ledger entries for the Royalty department.

• Audit the accuracy of Royalty accruals.

• Participate in process improvement improving methodologies for accurate tracking, calculating and reporting.

• Cross-train on all analytical functions within department.

• Respond to ad hoc reporting requests.

• Ability to analyze data for trends and errors.

• Ability to multi-task and prioritize to meet deadlines.
