Senior Marketing Manager, Global Library Campaigns and Programs
 



What will I be doing?

 

As a master of marketing technology (automation, lead tracking and system integration, email marketing) you will build and measure the impact of multi-channel, coordinated campaigns.   Applying innovative and creative ideas to generate new business and grow the ProQuest brand.

 

In this position, you will also..

 

•Lead, coach and develop a team of marketing campaign staff in the development, execution, and measurement of demand generation, lead acquisition, and lead nurturing programs.

•Implement and manage effective processes to support marketing campaigns and lead lifecycle – including campaign set up, lead capture, scoring, nurture, sales routing and assignment, and reporting. Determines and shares best practices for improvement and optimization.

•Collaborate with field marketing leadership in Europe, the Americas and Asia to deploy global campaigns.

•Provide reporting and actively monitors and analyzes the contribution of marketing initiatives to the sales pipeline, program effectiveness, lead acquisition, email performance, as well as website, social media metrics, and other KPIs.

•Lead by example to drive repeatable processes and best practices in:

  o Campaign - Designs, implements, and nurtures campaigns in coordination with marketing colleagues. Project manages the execution of campaigns.

  o Resource Management and Scheduling - Develops and maintains calendar of activities with requirements for execution of scheduled deliverables and resources needed to execute; generates detailed plan including deliverables and calendar of activities.

  o Production of Deliverables - Coordinates enterprise resources for production and execution including creative, writing, operations, and communications.

  o Competitor Monitoring – Stays informed of competitors’ go-to-market campaigns in order to differentiate ProQuest’s approach and reduce brand confusion. 

  o Global Reporting - Provides monthly dashboard metrics and reports of activities and results for ROI analysis by channel, campaign, region, and product and includes rollup of regional results.

Qualified Candidates must have…

•Digital media and marketing expertise; up to date with evolving best practices in advertising, email, search, social, marketing automation and mobile content delivery. 

•Bachelor’s degree plus 10 years’ related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

•3 years’ experience managing global B2B marketing communications and/or campaign management teams.

•Experience presenting to senior leadership teams.

•Strategic, creative, collaborative with an ability to clearly communicate how plans will deliver on company goals.

•Successful track record of creating and implementing successful multi-channel marketing campaigns in the information industry.

•Demonstrated excellence in measuring, monitoring, and reporting marketing performance metrics.

•Strong creative and analytical skills, and the ability to disaggregate issues and apply critical thinking to inform recommendations and decision-making.
